About Wayfinder

A changing world. A shared way forward.

We connect people with practical skills, real projects, and opportunities to build what comes next.

Our purpose

Opportunity begins
with a next step.

Wayfinder is a Bay Area-based nonprofit initiative bringing together education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community.

We want people to have the knowledge, relationships, and room to experiment they need to make informed choices about their future.

Our work includes Reverse Career Fair and emerging initiatives in AI learning, entrepreneurship, and university-industry collaboration.
